A Highgate man is due in court later this month charged with possession of two fighting dogs.

Unemployed Nigel Mahon, 25, of Hillcrest, off North Road, was arrested following a raid on January 10.

He was charged under the Dangerous Dogs Act with possession of two pit-bull dogs and will appear at Highgate Magistrates’ Court on February 28.
