Where have all the flowers gone?
WHERE have all the flowers gone? Not a single hanging basket or flower in Wood Green High Street.
Compare this to the small shopping centre of Palmers Green stretching to Winchmore Hill - hanging baskets all along the way, not just one, but two to each post. It's a most wonderful display.
Perhaps the parks people should go along to see how to do it.
